get health the natural way

In order to maintain or improve health, they must get positive energy every day & also release it. For example, when they eat fresh food & our body absorbs nutrition, they also release all the elements that are not useful. In the event that they don't release this undesirable matter, it becomes poisonous & over time it becomes disease. This principle is the same with our energy - our health & holistic well-being.

Everything in life exists in a natural balance. They breathe in, they breathe out. The sun rises & sun sets. The tide ebbs & then flows. In Eastern philosophies, this principle is described as yin & yang. It is a universal state of ease, holistic health & natural relaxation.

Sometimes they experience an energy release as a physical pain or discomfort, & our immediate response is to think something is wrong. This is not actually the case. It is fundamentally the elderly energy beginning to be released. When you practice relaxation & receiving more energy than in the work of our usual busyness, this technique is fundamentally speeded up. Everyday they must get fresh energy & release elderly energy. Releasing elderly energy is not always a pleasant experience, if it is been blocked for some time. It is like a water tap that has been blocked with mud. When you turn on the tap, the water begins to push out the mud. For a few seconds, all you see is muddy, brown water. But, after some time, the water becomes clear again.
